On the one hand, we will realize the further integration and optimization of the various acquisitions, exploit all scale opportunities and exchange and embed the complementary local knowledge present in all entities. On the other hand, the various active geographic markets still offer many opportunities with the existing but especially with the new product developments. We see several opportunities in new markets as well.
Kamiel, who, before his CEO role, held mainly financial positions at Inbev, Bonduelle and Peijnenburg, returns to the financial field after a number of years; “It have been 4 intensive years during which we have done 4 acquisitions since the beginning of 2016. In total, between 2013 and 2018, we have combined seven companies. We are now entering a new phase in which the acquired companies will further integrate in IT and administrative areas and the business will require more financial depth and support. ”
The Board of Directors is completed by Willem Smits, who has been working for GoodLife Foods as COO since May 2018.
