Branch Manager
For our location in Mannheim (Germany), we are looking for a Branch Manager.
As a Branch Manager at GoodLife Foods, you are the face of MekkaFood on the road and at our customers’ locations. You are responsible for growing your region by acquiring new customers, ensuring a successful onboarding, and maintaining long-term relationships. At the same time, you play an important role in guiding and coaching fellow Route Sales Representatives, helping the entire team perform at its best. You spend a lot of your time on the road, work independently, and make sure that everything, from customer visits to warehouse management, runs smoothly and in line with GoodLife Foods’ quality standards.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
• Acquire new customers and ensure a smooth first delivery and onboarding process;
• Maintain and expand customer relationships within your region; identify commercial opportunities;
• Install and stock freezers at customer locations with the appropriate product assortment;
• Coach and support Route Sales Representatives and new drivers through on-the-job training;
• Support the Team Leader with operational tasks such as fleet management and team scheduling;
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards, acting as a role model for the team;
• Manage warehouse and equipment, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficient processes.
In this role, you report to the Teamleader Route Sales Representative.
