IT Support Specialist
At our headquarters in Breda, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist.
As our IT Support Specialist, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of IT across the organization. You provide first- and second-line technical support to end-users, helping to maintain the seamless operation of IT services, hardware, and software. Your work directly contributes to system reliability, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing IT service requests via TOP desk, maintaining and configuring endpoints, administering Microsoft 365, and keeping IT assets and documentation up to date. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the timely resolution of incidents and the continuous improvement of our IT landscape.
Your main tasks and responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-line IT support for all end users via TOPdesk;
- Manage and configure company endpoints (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) via Intune or SureMDM;
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts and Teams/SharePoint;
- Maintain accurate hardware, software, and asset documentation;
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes;
- Escalate complex issues to vendors or managed service providers when needed;
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection requirements.
In this role you report to the IT Infrastructure Manager GoodLife.
