For our location in Kaldenkirchen (Germany), we are looking for a Teamleader Route Sales.

As Team Leader Route Sales, you are responsible for the daily management of a team of experienced Route Sales Representatives and act as the key link between sales, logistics, and customer relations. You ensure that routes are planned efficiently, the warehouse is well organized, and administrative processes run smoothly. You support your team in their development, conduct performance reviews, and set the right example in quality, safety, and service. You actively maintain customer relationships, identify commercial opportunities, and, when necessary, step into the role of Route Sales Representative yourself.

In short, a versatile and responsible role in which you combine leadership, customer contact, sales, and logistics.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing a team of 6 Sales Representatives and 2 Sr. Sales Representatives;
  • Overall responsibility for route planning, customer communication, and warehouse management;
  • Managing administrative processes, invoicing, and payroll data;
  • Managing the customer portfolio, including acquisition and growth of existing accounts;
  • Identifying commercial opportunities and monitoring market trends;
  • Carrying out route sales and customer visits when required.

In this role, you report to the Commercial Manager.

What do we ask?

  • Bachelor-level education, preferably in logistics or sales;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a commercial or logistics role, with leadership experience;
  • A valid C driving license + Code 95;
  • Strong coaching skills and analytical abilities;
  • Good command of English and German.
