HR Operations Manager

As HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the global HR systems and payroll processes of our manufacturing organization, which operates across seven countries. You ensure operational excellence, legal compliance, and reliable HR master data. Additionally, you play a key role in implementing a new HRIS and further digitizing and automating our HR processes. You will also lead a small team of HR Officers who support the HR administration for the entire organization.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the multi-year HR technology roadmap and drive the digitalization and automation of HR processes;
- Lead the implementation and management of a global HRIS, including module rollouts and user support;
- Safeguard the quality, consistency, and security of HR master data while ensuring compliance with labor laws and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR);
- Oversee payroll processes across 7 countries, including vendor management and collaboration with Finance and Legal;
- Standardize and optimize HR processes, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement;
- Act as the key link between HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors; support HR Business Partners and local HR teams with tools, reporting, and issue resolution.
In this role, you report to the CHRO.
